Bliss Street Baked Goods is your go-to bakery for locally-made and hand-crafted baked goods that stand out from the rest. Instead of just sweet, these treats are made with spices, nuts, and fruits so that the end result is a balanced treat that is fun to eat and also, interesting and unique!

Specialties

Arabian Nights Bars       
$5 (4x4-inch bar), min 2

Dates, walnuts, and a honey filling on an oatmeal crust. A sweet for those who want something a little dark and mysterious. Please ask for pricing on smaller pieces.


Baklava                                 
$30: tray of 30 pieces

My family recipe! Walnuts wrapped in delicate filo dough, drizzled with a special syrup, and cut into diamonds. Ask about pricing for smaller orders, gift boxes, or favors!


Ka’ak Mbasbas
$3 each
A traditional stamped Lebanese cookie “soaked” in butter and flavored with fennel. Delicious with a cup of tea!

Lebanese Easter Cookies (“maamoul”)
$1.50 each
Semolina cookies molded around either a date or walnut filling. Children love the date cookies. Egg-free and low-sugar.Please specify date/walnut/mixed.


Sweet Sesame Cookies (Barazek)
$1.50 each
These are a traditional Lebanese shortbread cookie that are rolled in a honey/sesame mixture and placed on top of a mound of pistachios. They bake up crispy and the toasted sesame seeds are a great balance to the honey. Perfect for a unique offering at your next event!

A “healthy” combo of pumpkin, oatmeal, and cranberries, with the decadence of white chocolate.


Buckwheat-Chocolate Cookies
$2.50 each

Naturally gluten-free and made with cashew/coconut butter (so they’re dairy-free as well) but still delicious and decadent!


Chocolate-Chip Cookies
$1 each

Not your everyday chocolate chip cookies. With two kinds of chocolate and some extra spices, these are a special treat.


Chocolate Sesame Cookies
$1 each

A rich chocolate cookie with the added nutty flavor of sesame. Kids love these!


Chocolate Sugar Cookies
$1 each

A rich, fudge-y cookie cut into your favorite shape and decorated simply with royal icing.


Coconut Macaroons
$0.75 (plain);  $1 (chocolate-dipped)

Coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and egg whites come together for a yummy, gluten-free treat!


Espresso Shortbread       
$1 each
Shortbread made with espresso powder and crushed chocolate-covered espresso beans. The coffee-lover’s cookie!


Fennel-Orange Shortbread
$1 each
A slightly more savory shortbread that would fit in perfectly on both a cheese plate or with a cup of tea.

Jam Hearts or Flowers
$3 each, minimum of 4
Heart- or flower-shaped sugar or chocolate cookies sandwiched with jam, and dusted with powdered sugar. Specify sugar or chocolate cookies and strawberry, raspberry, or apricot jam. Ask about other shapes!


Lemon and Pistachio Shortbread

$1 each
A very popular cookie with everyone who tries it! Glazed with lemon and topped with even more pistachios.

Milk Chocolate-Pistachio Cookies
$1 each (small); $2 each (large)

A lighter version of my chocolate chip cookies, perfect for kids!


Mini Jam Cookies
$1.50 each, minimum 12

Mini versions of jam hearts/flowers. These are small fluted sugar cookie circles with a heart cut-out, sandwiched with jam. Perfect for a party or special event!


Outrageous Brownies
$1 each

Spiked with espresso and chocolate three ways! Decadent!


Pumpkin Gingerbread
$1.50 each
A softer, more pumpkin-y take on traditional gingerbread! Dressed up in autumnal or Christmas shapes: skeleton, pumpkin, leaves, turkey, reindeer, tree, snowflake, gingerbread boy and girl, etc. Ask if you want a different shape, and specify which shapes you’d like when you order!


Stamped Snickerdoodles
$1 each

Sugary, cinnamony, and chewy. These are stamped with a flower or bubbles for fun.

Pies & Tarts

All pies are 9-inch, unless otherwise noted.
Gluten-free flour is available for an additional $2. Dairy-free option available for an additional $2. Most pies can be made egg-free.
“Say it with Pie” Option: $2.00 per pie. Use your pie to send a message to a special person!

Hand Pies & Pop Tarts
$3 each, minimum 4

A healthier version of the grocery-store treat. Great for busy mornings when breakfast is on the run! Choose from: raspberry-chocolate, strawberry-Nutella, stone fruit, mixed berries, apple butter, or fig-orange butter. Can be made in a heart shape as well!

Almond and Apricot Tarts
$25 for a 9-inch tart

Buttery tart shells layered with apricot jam, an almond cream filling, and topped with sliced almonds. Light and delicious! Ask about pricing for mini tarts!


Almond and Raspberry Tart with Chocolate-Rye Crust
$26 for a 9-inch tart

Chocolate and raspberry jam are an ideal combo in this twist on my popular almond/apricot tarts. The rye in the chocolate crust gives an extra boost of flavor! Also try it with fresh cherries on top instead of the raspberry jam.

Kumquat-Cranberry Coffee Cake

Whole wheat flour, flaxseed, and yogurt are the healthy base of this cake. Kumquats and cranberries tart it up! Seasonal, so ask for availability.


Mexican Chocolate Cake

Sugared Jam Cake

Strawberry jam layered in a light vanilla cake and topped with cinnamon sugar. Imagine a jam donut but more elegant!

Breads & Pastries

Almond Croissants

Filled with a rich almond filling and topped with sliced almonds and powdered sugar. These are so decadent!


Chocolate Croissants

Filled with a dark chocolate and baked until crispy and delicious. Have one with a cup of tea and pretend you’re in France!


Za’atar Croissants
$4 each, minimum 6

Light and flaky croissants are filled with and topped with za’atar, a mixture of wild oregano, sumac, sesame, and sea salt. Try them with eggs, cucumbers, tomato slices, and labneh (a yogurt cheese) for a twist on a traditional Lebanese breakfast!


Apple-Coconut-Raisin Buns
$12 for 4 buns

My cinnamon roll dough filled with an apple, cinnamon, and golden raisin filling and topped with a honey glaze. Amazing for breakfast!


Brioche Buns
$2 each, minimum 6

A lemony version of the traditional French treat. Can be shaped into bunny faces or into traditional Brioche á Tête.

Cinnamon Rolls

Lots of cinnamon and a sugar drizzle make these a real treat!

Date and Orange Challah
$15 
A beautiful egg bread swirled with a date and orange filling that will decorate your dinner table until you rip into it! Leftovers would make delicious French toast.

Pretzel Rolls

Why have normal bread rolls on your table when you can have pretzel rolls – they’re so much tastier!


Pumpkin Seed and Sage Focaccia

For the savory-lovers out there: Freshly baked Italian bread chock full of chopped sage and topped with pumpkin seeds and sea salt. Perfect for sandwiches with your Thanksgiving leftovers.


Sesame & Walnut Challah

A cinnamony tahini (sesame paste) and walnut swirl make this a lovely and unique bread to enjoy for breakfast or any time!

Deya worked with us to create the perfect dessert bar for our almost 200 guest wedding, and each item was made to perfection! Everyone was raving about the desserts then, and to this day people still comment on how delicious they were! –Elizabeth

All granola is $10/lb.  Smaller or larger amounts may be ordered.

Almond-Cherry-Sesame Granola
Tart cherries, slivered almonds, and toasted sesame mixed with honey.


Mediterranean Granola                               
Walnuts, pistachios, dried apricots, and dried cranberries.


Mocha Coconut Granola
For the true coffee lovers – espresso powder, cocoa, and coconut flakes. An adult version of cocoa puffs!

Orange-Almond Granola
Orange zest, blood orange olive oil, and slivered almonds. No refined sugar. A top seller!


Peanut Butter and Honey Granola
Peanut butter, chopped peanuts, and honey. Great for breakfast OR on ice cream for dessert!

Pumpkin Granola
The flavors of Fall in granola form! With dried cranberries and pepitas. Can be made using gluten-free oats, and naturally egg-free!


Sweet & Tart Granola
This granola includes some traditional Lebanese ingredients like pomegranate molasses, sumac, and browned butter. Includes pistachios, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds. It's a little sweet and a little tart and a lot delicious!


Turmeric and Ginger Spiced Granola
Turmeric and ginger give this granola a spicy boost. Filled with dried mango and cranberries, along with cashews and pistachios.
